My wonderful husband Tim.
Our sweet little daughter Ashlyn.
And our crazy little beasts Cole and Kensi.
Our Story
Tim and I met in October of 2009 when my mom and I were stopping by my cousins (aka Tim's best friends) house, and Tim texted my cousin Ryan and asked what he was doing, Ryan said "nothing" and Tim came over and played Apples to Apples with us.
We had actually been hearing about each other for while because my Auntie Wendy is a match maker, and had been wanting us to meet.
In January 2010, we had our first date and went hiking up to Knapp's Castle by Cachuma Lake.

On October 23rd, Tim set up a scavenger hunt for me to follow, where I ended up meeting him at Pismo Beach where he told me he loved me and asked me to marry him. I said
YES!!!

We got married in Carpinteria, CA on May 20, 2011 in front of all of our friends and family.

In July 2011, Tim took me on my first backpacking trip ever, into the Jennie Lakes Wilderness. This inspired the direction our family vacations will take for many years. Camping and backpacking.

In October 2011, we brought home two of the cutest little black boxer puppies, a boy (red collar), and a girl, naming the Coleman Jethro (Cole for short) and Kensi June.

Almost a year later, in April 2013, we were blessed with having our first little baby, Ashlyn Deane born at 6:23am on Sunday the 28th.
And now we have the excitement of watching her grow and sharing our experiences with her!
